These people made this experience so much easier than an ER visit — truly precious angels. From Jennifer at the front desk, to Jill Smith answering my call even when she was off work and encouraging me to get an X-ray, every single person went above and beyond. Michelle literally wheeled me to my car, Max was so kind while doing my X-ray and always made me feel comfortable, and the entire team made me feel so cared for from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful for this urgent care and the compassionate people who work here. They turned a stressful situation into such a comforting experience.

I visited CareNow on West End for a pre-employment drug test for my future job, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Heather and Hadley, who were both incredibly kind and professional. They clearly explained the check-in process, how long everything would take, and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The front area was clean, organized, and very welcoming! the coffee station was neat, and the overall environment felt calm and inviting. I especially loved the décor, including the tree, which added a festival touch. When it was time to be screened, I met Michelle, who was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable right away, explained each step of the process, and even shared a few laughs with me, which helped ease any nerves. I arrived around 5:00 PM and was finished by 5:30 PM, which was impressive especially later in the day when many offices feel rushed. The staff remained attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time. This team made what could have been a stressful task feel easy and pleasant. I highly recommend CareNow – West End for anyone needing pre-employment testing or medical services.

Staff was really nice Adam the medical assistant even offered a home remedy for the issue. My daughter had glass in her foot the practitioner said she couldn’t see or feel it.My daughter wasn’t being uncooperative just being a 12 year old.I was given a referral and antibiotics we were in and out in 15 minutes. I took my daughter home took a look at her foot and bam! The glass was not only visible but you could feel it! I was able to remove the glass myself only because I am in the medical field.I think better care could have been taken of my daughter as her foot was doubled in size and warm to the touch. I will not bring her back to this Care Now but the staff was nice (the lady with pink hair is very sweet didn’t want to leave her out)

I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care in West End. The front desk lady was fast, friendly, and professional. The two physicians were excellent quick, thorough, and very good at answering all my questions. I felt well taken care of and highly recommend this location!

Great experience at CareNow Urgent Care on West End. The front desk lady was so thoughtful—when I stepped outside to take an overseas call, she rolled her chair over to the window to signal me when it was my turn. Check-in was smooth, the intake nurse was kind, and Dr. Leslie was lovely and professional. Plenty of parking too. Highly recommend!
