I visited Carlotta with my partner to celebrate our anniversary, and overall it was a really lovely experience. The atmosphere was fantastic — vibrant, cozy, and perfect for a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They went above and beyond by surprising us with a creamy pistachio shot and a handwritten card for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the evening feel extra special. Service throughout the night was also very quick, smooth, and well organized. When it comes to the food, everything was well presented and clearly made with care. However, for me personally, the quality didn’t fully justify the price. I understand this may come down to personal taste, as my partner really enjoyed the dishes, but I would have preferred stronger flavors, more spice, and a bit more depth in taste. That said, the desserts were excellent and truly stood out — rich, well balanced, and delicious. I would definitely recommend leaving room for dessert if you decide to visit. Overall, Carlotta is a great choice for celebrations thanks to its wonderful atmosphere and outstanding service. Even though the main dishes weren’t entirely to my taste, the hospitality, attention to detail, and amazing desserts made it a memorable anniversary dinner.

Buonissimo, i was here with my parents and my brother. We are Italiens living in Germany and we are we were absolutely convinced. Everything is authentic and beautifully designed. The food was incredibly delicious and very well curated. In addition, the products used and the overall quality were outstanding. Our evening was further enhanced by our waiter, Gabriele, who made it truly perfect. He was extremely attentive and highly professional at what he does. He knew exactly what to do at every moment and ensured we had a wonderful and memorable evening. Grazie

Food and dessert were yummy. Staff were attentive. The interior decor was very nice. They let me and my friend stay at our table well over the allocated time despite how busy the restaurant was. We ordered the Tagliolini Al Tartufo Bianco and Cod And Creamy Leeks. For dessert we had Pistacchio Wedding Cake. Would recommend all dishes. Thanks

We ordered the ricotta with pistachio sauce, a big shrimp cocktail, fettuccine Alfredo with truffle, and mushroom risotto — the food was delicious and well executed. The flavors were rich and comforting, and everything came out beautifully. The decor is very creative and aesthetic — I honestly couldn’t stop taking pictures. The place has great visual charm and a lovely atmosphere. That said, the service needs some improvement. Our waitress’ shift seemed to end, and we waited quite a while before another waiter came to assist us, which disrupted the experience a bit. Overall, great food and stunning design, with room to grow on the service side.

Just had a fabulous lunch here the week before Christmas with old friends…. What a place, great atmosphere, the building is like a Tardis, it keeps on giving. We were down stairs near the open kitchen which gave such a backdrop. Service was surprisingly quick considering it was busy - we have some pasta starters to share,, then hit the beef Wellington, and a T-bone to share. All prepared and cooked extremely well….. washed down with a clean well priced Primivito - will be back again !
