Just wanted to say how disappointed I am at this car washing service. The machines malfunctioning. I drove around for a second time and the machines still weren't working properly. The wash wasn't worth $12 and maybe it would be if the machines were working properly and there were tools like towels to dry off your car afterwards instead of having to pay $20 to $30 afterwards
I recently visited Carmel Car Wash in Arlington, TX and paid for the $25 wash, but the service was incomplete. They only shined three of my wheels, leaving one completely undone. The top of my car also wasn’t cleaned properly — there was still visible dirt and a lot of water marks left on the roof, and the staff didn't dry it with microfiber towels like they normally do. I asked politely if I could use a cloth to dry the roof MYSELF, they were busy and show the spots that were still dirty, but I wasn’t given any help. In the end, I left with an unfinished wash. I’ve had better experiences here in the past, but the last two visits were disappointing.
I believe the team leader told me Carla & Anna were the names of the girls that cleaned my vehicle. It had been some time since I seen my vehicle that clean so I didn’t notice several spots that were missed on the glass. However you can see that they still put in some hard work and so much so that I tipped nearly 1/3 of what I spent for the service. The place is comfortable and nicely laid out. You should come give them a shot.
They do an excellent job 99% of the time. I normally have a decent experience here but today (6-29-25) was not that great. I wanted full service but he only charged me for $20 the wash and it was lackluster, I asked to go again because no soap or anything came down. Then that is when I realized he only charged me "The Works" as they wouldn't vacuum my SUV. So I went up to him paid the other $15 for the vacuum. I guess that was my fault. But it was hard to communicate because almost no one spoke English. Their signage is confusing. "The works" looks like the premium $35 wash when it is not. They need to change the menu out with dividers between the levels of service. Call the "Full Service" "The Ultimate" and explain what you get for each under the price. Also, reverse the order on the menu, put your up-sell at the top and brightest colors.
I've been coming to this facility for almost 4 years now. They have provided the best customer service I've ever received at a car wash. Always friendly. They do an excellent job cleaning the car. I always get the full service, and they don't disappoint. I highly recommend getting their member card with prepaid washes because it's so convenient to have. Also, they made some updates to their waiting area, and it's fantastic. Thank you for providing such great service.
