We used Carmen's for our family Christmas party and everything was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing!! In particular, the beef rollups were so tasty and tender, The chicken parm was juicy and so flavorful. The attention to detail , high quality ingredients and overall taste sets them apart from other caterers. I would highly recommend them!

Carmen Catering did an excellent job providing brunch for my daughter's bridal shower in June. The food was beyond delicious, and everyone wanted to know where it was from. I do not live in the area and was struggling to find a catering service. I was so blessed to come across Carmen Catering; the price and options were perfect. I was so relieved after our first conversation, knowing that they would provide everything needed to help make the day a success. The amount of the food supplied was more than enough for seconds. We used Carmen’s for my father’s celebration of life. Everything arrived on time, beautifully packed and ready to serve. The food was tremendous and the servings were generous. Multiple folks asked about what caterer we used. The beef on weck was so tender and flavorful. The desserts were also exceptional. All of the staff were lovely. Highly recommend.
