Ava was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was never pushy and really listened when I told her exactly what I was looking for. From there, she guided me straight to my dream bedroom set. She also offered great design ideas and went above and beyond by helping me choose the right mattress and a movable frame to support my back. On top of all that, I was able to take advantage of 24 months deferred financing. Ava was such a pleasure—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend asking for her!
This review is strictly for the MOVERS, Louis and his partner, who came to my condo today and despite my exact measurements given to the store and NO HELP FROM THE STORE STAFF IN ADVANCE (both Maryland Heights nor Valley Park suggested that I measure anything!! Poor customer service and for that alone, among other things that I will go into in a separate review on the BBB, I will NEVER SHOP AGAIN at Carol House) WERE DILIGENT AND FOUND A WAY TO FIT this stubborn sleeper sofa up my narrow staircase!! I applaud their professionalism and friendly service!!! A few scratches along the hallway and a very small smudge on the leather underneath where it will never be seen was a small price to pay for their optimism!! What a relief!! Beautiful job heading up that job, LOUIS!!! VERY IMPRESSIVE! Thank you, sir.

The showroom is full of stylish, high quality pieces at prices that are very reasonable compared to other stores. Andrew, our salesman, was excellent, friendly, and genuinely helpful in guiding us to the perfect furniture. I especially love that you can customize colors if alternate options are available for the same item, making it easy to match your home’s style.
I was really excited to purchase my new furniture from Carol House, but this entire experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. First, I was told that the couch I originally ordered would take about two months to arrive. When mid-October came the week it was supposed to be delivered I received a call saying it wasn’t coming at all. I had to go back and choose a different set, which ended up being a more expensive piece. That replacement sofa and chair finally arrived today, and to my surprise, both were stained and dirty and this is a delicate white set that should have been handled with care. We still have another piece of furniture pending for December, but at this point, I honestly don’t know what to expect. The lack of quality control and communication is extremely disappointing. Please think twice before purchasing from Carol House Furniture. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.
I bought several pieces of furniture in November. The large entertainment system and couch I purchased were damaged upon delivery. Carol House sent out a serviceman and I was told the entertainment system would be repaired and new couch cushion covers would be delivered. I was hoping the piece would be replaced, as it came damaged. I still have yet to have my entertainment system repaired and I do not have the new couch cushion covers.I call every month or so to check in and it always takes several days to hear back from them. Their answer is always “we don’t have the pieces in yet.” At this point, I will be surprised if I ever get my furniture repaired. I will never go back and I would highly recommend people NOT to go there under any circumstances.
