Car star was awesome. They contacted me every step of the way and made my truck new. They got my truck fixed a week before they projected. The ladies in the office and Ken were great. He made sure I was happy with how my truck looked when I picked it up and let me know to call him if anything was wrong.

I have been to Carstar when Shane who is now the general manager there. His service was great when he worked on my car. Kevin who worked on my car was amazing and keep me updated on all the service updates. The staff is amazing and will go back again. Great work has been done on all the cars I have and have had. Will continue to go back when services are needed.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly, communicative, and professional. The shop does great work and keeps you informed throughout the process. In each instance my car was ready for pickup on or before the date that was promised. They have an enterprise car rental within the facility which makes things much easier. Would definitely recommend CARSTAR Collision.
