I was recommended to this company by my daughter-in-law, who I gave a call to and the moment that Vanessa picked up the phone she was truly a delight to talk to. Vanessa asked for details and scheduled an appointment to get my truck looked at in a very friendly, professional and timely manner. I arrived at my appointment the next day and was greeted by Maddie, who was also very delightful and professional and started the process for my estimate. I then spoke to Rob Collins, General Manager and he was also very delightful, professional and knew how important it was for me to get this repair done. The repair work to my truck was done and it looks amazing, thanks to Rick, Rob, Maddie and Vanessa and the rest of the Carstar Auto Body Repair Experts. The first two photos are "After". I had new rims installed immediately after the body shop repair. East Valley Collision did a great job tailoring to my needs. I wasn't happy having to go thru insurance and using a body shop of their choice. All because someone else hit my Tahoe with their vehicle while my Tahoe was parked in a parking stall. East Valley Choice made the process very comfortable for me. They had great daily communication and a phone call if there were any changes. I let them know up front to take their time and if they need to keep my Tahoe and extra day or two to make sure it's right, them do so. They originally promised for "Thursday-ish" and the completed it on Friday. It turned out great! I'm a happy Original 2015 Tahoe owner! Thank you
My Prius looks beautiful. Everything functions the way it did before the accident. The attention to detail like my settings remaining the same, my seat and steering wheel are positioned as I had them and the car is clean inside and out assures me the repairs I cannot see had the same attention to detail.
