Had a car accident and need to repair the left-front bumper area. Great experience with this body shop. My car looks good. They did detailing before I picked up my car. They also have dash cam and installation service, which is convenient. I just left my car with them for repair and they took care of the dash cam at the same time.
Carstar is the best body shop in town. Lucky are the customers here because their customer service is great. Came in before to get my car repaired for a car accident but this time i came in for some scratches and i can say they fixed it like nothing happened. Thank you so much Mark & David for the help!
My Experience at Carstar Lucky Body Shop was great. My Mazda CX-30 came out looking better than before I had the accident as they were very detailed and handed me the car washed and shiny. I was helped by Douglas throughout the process, communicated well and explained everything I needed to know. I hope I don’t have to return to any body shop and my car stays the way it is but if I have to I’ll be back here. Mark and the entire staff were also very courteous.
Great service. They keep you updated with everything. I had my Tesla Model Y fixed here. Mark is so helpful and fast response! All staff are so helpful as well.
My girlfriend’s Mercedes C300 was sent to CARSTAR Lucky Body Shop after an accident since they’re a certified Mercedes-Benz repair facility. Their service was excellent. Mark (the owner) and Don (the supervisor) were professional, polite, and efficient. What usually takes other shops two weeks only took them one week, and they contacted us right away when the car was ready. They even repaired some small scratches not covered by insurance for free, neatly hid the dashcam wires, and returned the car fully cleaned. Their attention to detail really impressed us. They also offer a one-year warranty. We came back later for a minor issue, and they fixed it right away at no cost. It’s such a relief to find a shop we can trust, without worrying about hidden charges or shady work. This is easily the best body shop in LA. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile. We’ll definitely come back for any future repairs.
