Perfect stay to explore bay area, clean convinient, and safe being in heart of city. Loved how budget friendly it was.

Easy to find at 13th and Old Oakland. Very close to both 880 and 101. Plenty of parking in the back. Very close to a grocery store and neighborhood restaurants. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Night clerk was very friendly, polite, and patient. For a lower cost motel, it has real value. I was pleasantly surprised and had a really good experience there. Ill be back when im in the area again.

They were great! I screwed up and made the reservation for the wrong night online and the immediately remedied my mistake, got a better room and they were lovely to deal with . Highly recommended!!

Place is okay for a night, the first floor has been remodel king size be compared to second floor Double, still has outdated decor and the mini fridge is old. So far now ask for first floor when staying, until they update the upstairs. The king room is the updated one.

The rooms are absolutely filthy. It is overpriced for the hotel being such low quality. I hight recommend you DO NOT bring children to this hotel, if I would have known before hand how nasty this hotel is... I would not have gone. As I was checking out, there was a HUGE ROACH in the hallway ... that was the cherry on top. I will not even be going back to this hotel. It could have potential if they simply just cleaned the rooms properly and repair the damages.... a little difference goes a long ways.
