Great selection, we lucked out on a beautiful sectional couch, which was the floor model, and on sale. Lucky us. Great service and delivery was professional and timely.
Shopping at Casalife is always a great experience. Glen McIntosh is the best. He has great knowledge about the products he sells and a great eye for design. The delivery of my couch went also without incident. The guys were great. They were respectful of my home and went beyond just delivering by placing my couch in position and even placing the felt pads on the legs for me. Much appreciated.
We bought a bed set and matching dresser and mirror from Casalife (the brand was BDI) for about $12,000… For that kind of money we were expecting top notch quality that would last us a lifetime. Unfortunately this furniture is just junk. It’s all particle board wood veneer, which at that price is a bit surprising but not unforgivable. The problem is that it’s the cheapest wood veneer I’ve ever seen. God forbid you set your phone on the bedside side, it will scratch and dent immediately. We left a book on the bedside table for a week without moving it, the wood veneer is now permanently stained. All of the drawer slides grind and click. The built in USB ports didn’t work when we bought them. We were told it was because our phones were too new? Which was odd considering it was a brand new bed… After fighting tooth and nail, they did mail us replacements that we need to install ourselves. I am so incredibly disappointed with the quality of the pieces we purchased. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Casalife, if you care about making things right, contact me, you can surely find me in your system. I purchased everything from your now defunct Kitchener branch. If not, this review stays up.
After a fairly exhaustive search for the perfect counter stool to complement our kitchen update, we found the ideal solution at Casalife in Etobicoke. We were able to select the base finish and the fabric and the result is wonderful. Glen was helpful and easy to work with. The stools were completed on time and the pickup was easy. Altogether, it was a great experience and happy to support local!
Casa Life furniture offers a wide variety of high quality modern Canadian made furniture. In furniture you get what you pay for. The large showroom provides loads of ideas and styles. Sales staff are helpful but not overly so, thank you. Delivers service was top notch, professional and on time. I’ll be back.
