Best dirty martini I’ve had, maybe ever?! Special mention to Chris who wrote down the secret sauce for us. The ingredients are top tier, well considered, and Chris is a true mixologist. I will most certainly be returning. The playlist was also very good.
Stopped in for some mulled wine (well advertised on the chalk board outside) after conquering Arthur’s Seat summit. The wine was perfect, the cheese board yummy and the atmosphere very cool. Thanks and merry Christmas
We loved this place. There was a great selection of upscale whiskey and wine. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband and daughter had whiskey flights and I had a Port Wine flight, all quite wonderful. We had the Catalona almonds and a cheese board which we also enjoyed.
Such a nice place. We enjoyed the wine, the plate with fantastic cheese and cold cuts - and staff who knows what they are serving. Hope to be back - we can really recommend this restaurant/bar.
My favourite place in Edinburgh. It was recommended to us at a whiskey tasting, and I fell in love like instantly. The food was nice (we got the cheese plate), and it has an absolute banger of a drink menu. The staff is super amazing and have great knowledge about the drinks they serve. The cocktails were superb. We visited three times when we were on a week long vacation in Edinburgh, but definitely will be coming back.
