good service, but my truck s Still rock to the back when I park and apply the brake. Iam not sure if is the tires that making it do that. But other than that everything is good. I will sure refer you to someone else. Thank you for getting me in and the service you provided to me.
They gonna lie on you and tell you that can get something done faster than they can. They held my car for over 24 hours came in at 10am for an oil change, I called several times told them I could come pick it up if they wouldn’t get to it before close and they always said they was about to get to it, shame on me for being a fool and listening to foolishness.
Water pump & belt broke down while in town for the weekend, Al & I'm his team stayed late to get my car up and running last minute on a Saturday!!He even fixed a gasket that caused the oil leak issue!! I'm forever grateful for him & his team! He also gave me a discount and was honest about the my repairs vs taking advantage of a single woman! We need more people like him in this world! Thank You Again Al!!!
DO NOT BRING YOUR NEW VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. Leased a brand new vehicle and needed my snow tires put on. Only went to this place because getting tires replaced at more well known tire shops is tough this time of tear (November) in Michigan. The 1st problem I had was the price. Discount Tire would have charged $80 to replace and balance 4 new tires. This place charged me $150. The biggest issue was the damage they did to my brand new wheels. When I brought the vehicle in the car had less 500 miles on the odometer. After paying, they pulled the car out of the shop. I inspected the tires + wheels and 3 of 4 rims were damaged. After pointing this out to the manager, he tried to tell me the wheels must have been damaged before bringing it in.. The wheels were not damaged before bringing into this shop. To make matters worse they offered no compensation or money back for the damage was done. This is unacceptable. The wheels need to be replaced and I’ll be responsible for it when this lease is turned in. Avoid this place at all cost. Not only will you get better work done but also a better price.
Mo was AMAZING!! I love this store and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for taking care of our car and being so generous and kind. Everyone here was fast and knowledgeable and not to forget NICE! 10/10 recommend!
