I contacted Castle Roofing after a hail storm hit our area in Woodstock, GA. They were very helpful and walked me through the process of how to contact my insurance to determine if we had roof damage. Our insurance company ended up doing our inspection and determined that there was no damage, but Castle Roofing was extremely helpful throughout the process. When we have future problems and/or need to replace our roof, we will definitely use Castle Roofing. They were honest, did not pressure us, and were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Thank you for your help and service.
I had an excellent experience with Castle Roofing. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. The team showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and completed the project exactly when they said they would. My roof looks amazing, and they even went above and beyond by checking for any underlying issues and explaining everything clearly. It’s rare to find a company that takes such pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable roofing or general contracting services.
We were looking to renovate an older property that needed a significant amount of work, including a roof and painting. The team at Castle was able to provide services that included the roof, new gutters, replacing damaged siding on the home, replacing decking, repairing loose bricks, and upgrading the exterior lighting. Their planning, scheduling, attention to detail, and ability to provide multiple trades was invaluable. They provided excellent service and communicated throughout the project. The property was completed on time and looks better than new. It was a pleasure working with the team at Castle.
We hired Castle Roofing to repair/replace the siding and trim on our 22 year old home. Over all, the experience was so good we hired them twice! The communication was VERY good and I really liked how responsive they were. The quality of the estimation was good, though after reviewing the work done, we thought the crew could have recommended a few more fixes. Please understand, these were not areas that were in desperate need of repair. But they were areas that I might have asked them to fix had I noticed them earlier. I had pointed out the really bad places that I knew about and they did point out a few extra places, but I think they missed a chance to go even further. Again, they didn't do anything wrong, but they could have recommended a little more. The quality of the work itself was excellent. All the repairs and paint matching were very good and we are quite happy with the results! There is one thing I think the crew could have done better: Clean-up. It's normal in any job to have nails, chunks of wood, and other trash hit the ground. It's also normal to have paint and sealant smudges on nearby surfaces. They did clean up some but didn't quite get it all. In the end, Castle Roofing provides excellent work. 2 days of work including all materials was ~$7500. Money well spent. In my earlier review, I said we would hire Castle Roofing again and we just did! After reading my review, Castle contacted me and asked if they could come and handle the clean-up they missed. No charge. I said "sure!" While the crew was here, I asked them to look at those other places I noticed. They gave me a fair estimate and I hired them to do that work too. Castle Roofing is a great company and they respond well to fair criticism. I will use them again for sure!
