Excellent! They confirmed the day before, on the day of the party the Installer came to set up everything and then at the end he came back to pickup. All included in the price. The kids had a blast and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend the company and the castles!

Today we rented the castle #4. It definitely made the party a success. From booking to setup and pickup, everything was excellent—smooth, friendly and hassle-free. The pricing was also great, which allowed both the kids and us as parents to fully enjoy the celebration. Highly recommended!
