My cat was elderly by the time we started going to Cat Care Clinic, and the doctors and all other staff were the absolute best case scenario for his needs. Any time we were faced with difficult news or decisions, their team made it easy for me to understand and weigh my options. My cat grew up feral, and was a bit spicy when he went to the vet. This clinic was always great handling him. They were often able to fill prescriptions or provide small amounts of food on short notice, and they helped us plan ahead. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone in the Madison area!

Their doctors are either incompetent or malicious, unsure of which one. Their expensive care plan for my cat who they "failed to be able to diagnose" made him even sicker and they suggested euthanasia. I took him to a different place to avoid the cat care clinic's very overpriced euthanasia service and the doctors there were able to diagnose him with fatty liver disease after just a few questions and make a treatment plan that actually worked and he's perfectly healthy now. I've been told several times the cat care clinic was looking into the possibility of me getting a refund for the long list of unnecessary medications that made him more ill but still have not heard back after several months. Do not bring your sick animals here.

The Cat Care Clinic team really are passionate about cats and seeing the best for each little nugget that comes through their doors. I appreicate the educational tips they share about cats and things to look out for and I know Skipper and Sparky are very grateful to have a staff that wants the best for them always. Also for folks who are looking for boarding, we have been taking Skipper and Sparky here for the past 5 years and the experience has been outstanding when we are leaving out town. So I highly recommend you use them for your boarding needs!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a vet. Everyone here really cares about cats and it shows. The exam rooms are designed with cats in mind and it really makes a difference. My kitty had dental work done and I was a nervous wreck the entire time. The staff was patient with me and gave me updates while she was under, which I really appreciated. I had a clerical issue with my bill and it was corrected quickly. Overall wonderful place with wonderful people!

Cat Care Clinic is the only place I trust with my baby. After having a frightening experience with another Madison vet, Dr. Kelton saved the day. Dr. Kelton and really all the staff (including the boarding folks) truly care for my cat. They always follow up after he visits (medical appointments and boarding). They are so accommodating and make me feel less crazy for being obsessed with my feline. Update: We still LOVE Dr. Kelton. Best vet ever! Can't wait to see the new clinic on Odana. Update 2: The new location on Odana is so chic! You can tell the office and rooms were designed with cats in mind. As always, the staff is so friendly. Dr. Kat was amazing with my two kitten additions.
