I’m sharing my personal experience so others can make their own decision. I brought my phone to this shop for a screen replacement. After the repair, my iPhone immediately started showing the Apple message saying the display cannot be verified as a genuine Apple part. The screen that was installed stopped working properly after about two months. Another issue was the timeline. I was initially told the repair would take around two days, but it ended up taking much longer. Communication during the process was not very professional and sometimes came across as rude. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this service.

My company and I went to CCRepairz to fix a cracked iPad screen. They worked in a timely manner, and we received our fixed iPad back within 24 hours! We are very pleased with their fast and efficient services! 10/10

Worst service I’ve had in years. Extremely unprofessional. I drove there based on the hours listed on Google and the office was closed. Inside the building there was a printed notice saying they operate Friday–Saturday only, but their Google listing still shows normal weekday hours. Communication was terrible from start to finish. Calls were often ignored, “I’ll send it tomorrow” turned into days of silence, and nothing was clearly explained in writing. The pickup situation was the most frustrating part. He called and told me to come at 7:30. I started driving. Then he changed it to 8:00. Then he changed it again and told me to come “tomorrow at 12 during business hours” while I was already on my way. Complete disrespect for a customer’s time. For the “diagnosis,” he claimed there was a cracked LCD and said the screen must be replaced, but refused to provide any clear photo or proof. He kept saying the screen is dark and only sometimes turns on, so he “can’t guarantee a picture.” I asked multiple times for proof, pricing, and a written explanation. I received none. He was rude, kept interrupting, and repeatedly bragged about being “15 years in business” instead of answering basic questions. He also insisted I told him I dropped the laptop, which I never said. After a few days he called and said he doesn’t have parts available, and then suddenly demanded $88 for diagnostic, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. When I came to pick up the laptop, he told me he “doesn’t want to do business” with me. I immediately took the laptop to another repair shop and they said it would not power on at all. They are still diagnosing it, but now I’m dealing with a worse situation than when I first brought it in.

Yet AGAIN, Lamaar has saved me from a very forbidding and, quite frankly, a disastrous situation involving my businesses. My main computer (a MacPro was overheating). So, I went to the Apple store in Summerlin as until now I had complete confidence …alas not any more. I came away and found that the tech’s diagnostic for just the battery had actually deleted my apple ID and my login passwords. I WAS TOTALLY LOCKED OUT. There was no other way to get into my Mac. Apple tech later that week told me (after they had verified my purchase (original receipts only) my only recourse would be to reformat the hard drive completely – ALL my doc’s/work would be lost! After a week of freaking out, I luckily remembered Lamaar. My family and I have known and trusted Lamaar for over 9 years now. We have gone to him to help us with so many problems w/ Iphone’s, computers, etc. On a more personal and business level, I have been benefiting from Lamaar’s expertise and vast experience with several of my business computers over the years too. So, I asked Lamaar, if he could help me get into my computer – as always, he was honest enough to tell me “He would try to do his best”. I actually brought in 2 other computers which I needed help with for him to work on. I held my breath for nearly a week! I received the all-important communication that Lamaar was able to get in and reset the password – YEAAAHHH! All my clients and family know I am ‘brutally’ honest with my opinions. Also, I hardly ever endorse or write any testimonials. So, I have to say, WE (and my extended family) have, throughout the years, learned how Lamaar’s quiet humbleness, along with his vast portfolio of knowledge, skills, capabilities and experience (with all types of computers, laptops, iPads, etc.) is to be trusted completely. He has never broadcasted or ‘crowed’ about any of his skills. This, in my experience of the world how it now, is exceedingly surprising and a definite rarity in today’s business world – a true professional in my eyes!
