got my iphone 15 back screened fixed and a few months later my phone would turn off randomly so i go to apple and they say there water damage cause the 2 bottom screws by the charging port wasnt in so i had to get the new iphone 17 never go here
Took my iPhone 7 Plus here after the screen cracked when I dropped it before I got a case for it. Paid $65 to get the screen replaced and it was very quick as well, only about 20 minutes. Well a little bit over a week later, the touch sensors were not responding, so I took it back to get it looked at. The guy who works there (don’t know his name) remembered me from when I went there to get screen replaced. Said it was probably a defective screen he gave me and went ahead and replaced it for me again, free of charge. He also had it ready for me very quickly this time as well. This is hands down the place to go if you need any phone repairs. Great, honest work at a very fair price. 5/5 would recommend
My phone was very very cracked. Last night I managed to drop it off a roof onto concrete. It had lines all in the screen and everything. I couldn’t even use it because it went crazy. So then I went in and he said around 20 min and so I shopped around. When I came back the screen looked brand new!! The only thing I’m noticing now is that sometimes my phone will start clicking random things. But it could just be because this phone has been through a lot 😂 In conclusion, if you need an easy and fast fix come here. The price isn’t horrible either
Place is awesome! When the owner couldn't help me the first time I came there which was on 6/20 after receiving a defective part from another cell phone repair place on Monroe street next to lady Janes, this man even though he didn't have all the parts necessary to complete all the repairs I needed he still tried to help me by directing me to several other cell phone repair places just so I could get serviced promptly and get my issues with my phone resolved. Now that's outstanding service when you're willing to help a customer knowing there's a strong chance you won't be servicing them. But that wasn't the case. I took his advice and tried the other 3 places. But none had my parts, so I came back to cell doc and asked him to order parts and told him I'd be back on today-Tuesday. He had my phone fixed with a new battery and camera in under 30 mins! And unlike the other place on Monroe St, he never even asked for my password, email, or any other personal info! He just fixed my phone in an extremely fast and efficient manner. And, above all went above and beyond giving outstanding service. He tried to solve my problem even when it meant losing my business this time possibly. Very honorable sir. You're broken from a different mold that almost doesn't exist any longer Caring about your fellow human being. . 100stars for you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️x10!
Mein Handy-Bildschirm ist gesprungen und ich bin hierher gegangen, um es reparieren zu lassen. Es war tot, als ich es zurückbekam, also bin ich nach Hause gegangen, um es aufzuladen, und der Bildschirm funktionierte nicht. Ich habe es am nächsten Tag dorthin zurückgebracht und als sie fertig waren, sagten sie, dass sie nicht schuld daran seien, dass der Bildschirm nicht funktioniert, obwohl das Telefon völlig einwandfrei funktionierte, als ich es dorthin brachte; ich wollte nur den Bildschirm ersetzen. Außerdem war es nicht das erste Mal, dass ich mein Telefon dorthin gebracht habe, um den Bildschirm reparieren zu lassen. Normalerweise haben sie mir 60 Dollar berechnet, aber dieses Mal hat meine Freundin mein Telefon dorthin gebracht und sie hat ihr 80 Dollar berechnet, da sie offensichtlich nichts Besseres wusste. Sehr angewidert von diesem Unternehmen, und ich werde sicherstellen, dass weder ich noch irgendjemand aus meinem Freundeskreis jemals unsere Telefone zu jemandem bringen, der eine Frau gegen Geld ausnutzt.
