My phone suddenly went out at 2:00 p.m. on a Monday and the place I normally go in order to have my phone repaired could not get the part that day and I needed my phone. So I called cellphones and repairs and not only did they have the part in stock they completed the repair under 30 minutes. They were fast, courteous and consistent. Definitely would recommend them and will be going back for all of my cell phone repair needs. They also have a large stock of different types of phone for sale, especially Apple.
My phone was stolen, and earlier today I was able to track it and see that it was pinging at this repair shop location. When my dad asked on the phone, he was told that the person who brought the phone in had already left. However, my phone showed activity at the location still it was still there. I was also told that the shop’s cameras were not working when I asked if there was any footage of the person. The phone was locked and in lost/stolen mode, and a message appeared on the screen stating that the phone was stolen. Despite this, the person who brought the phone in was allowed to leave with it. I was then told that the phone brought in was a different device with a different color and model, which did not match what I was tracking. Overall, the situation was very frustrating and I did not feel the concern was handled seriously. In my opinion, when a locked phone clearly displays a stolen message, it should raise concerns and be handled more carefully. I did not receive much help and left feeling disappointed with how the situation was handled.
My iPhone charge port wasn’t working properly so I was very excited to learn that Cellphones and Repairs could fix charge ports. If they had replaced my charge port and charged me for the repair, I’d have been a satisfied customer. But instead, they told me that my charge port just needed to be cleaned! They cleaned it, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. It’s great to find such an honest and capable business!
Great shop, amazing service, Ahmad did me and my brother great, were able to get us a new phone and still even transferred everything from the old smashed one! Amazing work will always be back!
