CertaPro Painters recently painted my 2-bedroom condominium in The Vue in Harbor East, in Baltimore city. CertaPro was the least expensive of three professional painter offers, so we were somewhat anxious about the quality of the work. We were very pleasantly surprised, as both the quality and efficiency of work was outstanding. The three painters sectioned off each area of the condo as they worked across about 3 days, so my wife and I were able to remain in the condo while it was being painted. We also had to be away from the condo for one day, leaving my dog in their care, but we were completely comfortable doing so.The painters were extremely polite and respectful. Also, when I pointed out one area on the ceiling that looked somewhat patchy, the supervisor immediately re-skimmed and re-painted the area. We could not have been happier with CertaPro and highly recommend them for their quality of work and excellent value.
My family and I were moving and looked at a few painters in the area before putting our house on the market. Then came Ross Geddes from CertaPro Painters, and we immediately knew we’d found the right fit. Ross took the time to walk us through the entire process and helped us stay within our comfort zone. The quote came in well within our budget (even lower than we expected). Ross was always available to take our calls, whether it was a “What if we added this?” or “Could we do this instead?” and he handled each question with patience and a smile. Once we locked in a date, the crew came out for a final walk-through and then painted two floors of our house in under two full days. When they were done, the place felt brand new, and we almost didn’t want to leave. Without any hesitation, we’ll be calling Ross and CertaPro Painters again for our next project.
The whole experience was very pleasant and easy. The crew that did the work were very nice and courteous. They worked very hard and it was very hot. Their work was very good. I am very pleased with how the house looks now. I would highly recommend them. The pictures below show before and after.
