This is my second time using this painting contractor. They do professional work and meet all expectations for quality, timeliness, and value. Will use them again for my next painting project. CertaPro did a good job at a good price. The most outstanding aspects were their communication skills: their willingness to adjust the contract before we signed it to add the little details we wanted, follow through on those details, and allow for our observations and notes throughout the various steps of the project. From the first person you contact, all the way up to the boss, communications were always clear and responsive. The manager who initially came to our home was knowledgeable and respectful of our concerns. The crew who did the work did so with great care and attention to detail. Their experience was clearly reflected in their preparation and professionalism. We felt confident in the work they performed from start to finish. Work was done on time and as quoted. There may be plenty of less expensive ways to paint your home, but we believe that CertiPro was well worth the quality work and care we received.
