Chantel was professional and kind in her approach to helping us sell our home. We were so pleased working with Chantel Hernandez on our first home purchase. Being new buyers, we weren't really sure what to look for in a realtor, or for that matter where we might be moving. One day while looking at several Redfin listings, we decided to check a few out - and Chantel was the listed agent to contact. Thank GOD! From our first meeting, Chantel was professional, personable, knowledgeable, dependable, and prompt. When we saw the property we liked, she was instrumental in helping us through the entire process from placing a bid to finalizing our deed. Chantel is phenomenal in many ways. I initially reached out to her for guidance on how to help my family with the selling of a house. I had zero expectations of her involvement, but Chantel is so giving as a person and so professionally knowledgeable that she dove right in and shared her knowledge and resources immediately.
