Extremely easy to set up an appointment for my kitty who was very well assessed and handled with care. Thank you to the team for caring for Beef! He felt like a priority, and I felt listened to as an owner! They worked with me to figure out a care plan that works for both me and my kitty. Truly a great experience! Here he is directly after the appointment - very happy to have had yummy treats at the vet.

I just want to say how amazing this clinic is. The staff are so kind, friendly, and easy to talk to — even with my limited English, they always make me feel comfortable. The service here is warm and caring, not stressful at all. What I really love is that the doctors think first about the dog’s comfort, not their own. For example, when my French Bulldog was getting his shots, the vet didn’t lift him on the table — she sat down on the floor and played with him, so he wouldn’t be scared. The first time he was a bit cautious, but the second time he ran inside happily — like he knew he was in a safe place.

Dr. Dugan and her staff are absolutely unbelievable. We love our dogs so much and I am so happy to know that they are getting such great care and love. They made everything so easy and comfortable for us and our dog. We cannot thank you enough! Much love from Ace & co.!

The entire staff at Charlotte Veterinary Hospital is absolutely incredible! My pup, Beau, can be a bit fear reactive when meeting new people. Everyone at Charlotte Veterinary Hospital was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make Beau comfortable during his first visit a couple weeks ago. Due to each and every one of the staff member’s patience with him, he actually ended up doing very well! Additionally, this past weekend (labor day weekend), Beau unfortunately got sick and had to take a trip to an emergency veterinary office in the area. The staff at Charlotte Veterinary Hospital called us right away once they heard/when they opened back up on Tuesday morning to check in and see how Beau was doing, and see if we needed anything (Beau is already doing much better and recovering well)! It is very clear the team genuinely cares for Beau and I trust them completely with his care. I would highly recommend taking your pet to this vet office, I am so happy we found them! ❤️

Genuinely nice and caring people! Dr Dugan and her staff treat their patients as if they were part of their own family. Binx is the most affectionate Kitty but he was a little skeptical being in a new hospital and was a bit cranky. Shavon the Vet assistant and Dr Dugan’s patience waiting until he was comfortable impressed me the most. The facility being top notch was a very close second. They are clearly honest and knowledgeable. If you are a pet parent in South End Charlotte you will not regret introducing your fur baby to Dr Dugan and her staff!
