Went to grab some food on saturday night and headed to Mother Road Market. Had the Big Back Snack Pack with Mac and cheese, chicken wings, soul roll, and birria taco. Mac and cheese?? delicious. Birria taco (which had oxtail too)? 10/10. That SOUL ROLL with a cinnamony apple sauce? DIVINE. AND THEM CHICKEN WINGS??? I would go back JUST FOR THOSE. If you haven't had Chef Curt's food yet, this is YOUR SIGN to go on down and try it out. Anytime Chef Curt's at Mother Road Market... you best believe I'm gonna be there with my big back 🔥

Chef Curt prepared and served a fantastic catered meal for our church anniversary lunch to honor our volunteer team. Honey-glazed salmon, oxtail tacos, jerk chicken, mac n cheese, salad, potatoes, vegetables, rice pilaf. Wow! Every item was excellently flavored and enjoyed by all. Even those who are vegetarian were very grateful for such great options! We previously enjoyed Chef Curt’s culinary artistry at a post-church lunch at Mother Road Market, and were thoroughly impressed! We are grateful to have him bring such a great meal to our volunteers. We look forward to catering with Chef Curt again!

I got the chicken and waffles, it was a perfect mix of sweet and savory. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the waffle was light and fluffy. The peach cobbler was a perfect addition of sweetness! 10/10 would order again!

My husband and I caught Chef Curt at 473 pop up and the food was fantastic! My husband had the smoked honey jerk wings that came with a side of parmesan truffle fries. The wings were cooked perfectly and the honey jerk glaze was phenomenal. I had the seafood tacos with jumbo shrimp, Carolina crab rice, cheese, cilantro and onions drizzled with honey jerk sauce. They were so good! I loved the touch of sweet from the honey jerk sauce. Everything we had was great and you can tell there is thought and love in every dish being served. The price was fair and the portions were huge. We will definitely be looking out for Chef Curt's future pop ups!

Brussel sprouts were fire! My Momz loved the burger! That Texas toast was perfect! Those truffle fries were amazing too! Also s/o to Bradley’s Bakery for the Pecan Charleston Chewy!
