I cannot say enough about the wonderful meals prepared for our family for both Christmas Eve and Christmas morning by Chef Joann and her staff. Every aspect, from initial contact, phone and email discussions and finalizing our menus, to the WONDERFUL food provided, was just perfect. Communication was clear and timely, and I had a great feeling for Chef Joann and her staff (hi Dawn!) from the very beginning. Chef Isabella prepped the Christmas Eve dinner at our house, and was an absolute angel. She was charming, professional and very accomodating on every level. We were ready to have her stay and enjoy dinner with us. Lastly, the food was all wonderful! From the appetizers (those eggs!) to the main courses (the prime rib! the potatoes!) to the desserts (I am still dreaming about them), each bite was a joy. Our Christmas brunch was equally delicious, although we were still full from the night before. We enjoyed all the wonderful leftovers for the next day. Did I mention the flower arrangement for the table? It was such a great suggestion, and made our dinner even more special. I will definitely use Chef Joann's catering services again in the future, and recommend them with complete confidence.

Chef Joann and her team are the BEST! We hired her for my husband's 50th birthday party and everything was incredible! We were looking for something special, and she was very good at coming up with dishes that perfectly tied into my husband's heritage. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It felt super personal, unique, and absolutely delicious, all of our guests were raving! They couldn't stop talking about the cocktails, appetizers, the main dishes, and the dessert. And the carrot cake? OMG, it was hands-down the most amazing carrot cake I've ever had. Joann really thinks of everything. From the customized menu to the way she set up the decor, she made the whole party look fantastic. My husband had a total blast, and it was all thanks to her creativity and amazing team. The staff was lovely and professional. They were incredible, and when they left, the place was spotless! Bottom line: If you want a one-of-a-kind experience with unbelievable food, you must book Chef Joann and her team.

I recently had the pleasure of attending an event catered by Chef Joann at the Hangars by Crown Air Aviation, and was so incredibly impressed by their style, refinement, and FLAVOR. Things look good, and they taste even better! We had caviar and frites, perfectly crisp, and from the steak to the vegetarian options, everythign was clean, bright, modern and incredibly delicious. If there were ten stars, I'd give ten out of ten!
