First I just have to say this was by far the best “wedding food” we’ve ever had, but it doesn’t stop there. Many people told us our steak was the best steak they have ever had anywhere. That’s such an achievement when you’re cooking for so many people! They’re also so passionate about what they do, which made the whole process something to look forward to. Even our tasting was above and beyond anything I expected. I have already recommended them to other brides and if we ever need anything catered again, we will be sure to reach out to Chef’s garden. Also, for specific food recommendations we loved the pepper crusted tenderloin of beef, the risotto, and the mayport shrimp with the fried polenta (I believe is what it was called, for hors d'oeuvres).
We hired Chef's Garden for our very first Halloween party, and, from our very first conversation, the catering Director, Elizabeth Van Nuys, was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to understand our vision and needs, and her thoughtful guidance throughout the planning process made everything feel effortless. We are so grateful for her professionalism, creativity, and warmth. On the night of the event, her team exceeded every expectation. The catering manager, Kamal, orchestrated the evening impeccably, always attentive, organized, and smiling. He made us feel completely at ease, ensuring that every detail was handled beautifully. The rest of the team: Crystal, Rachel, Donnie, Michael, Delaney, and Valentina’s replacement (whose name we, unfortunately, didn’t catch) were all delightful. Their pirate costumes added a playful touch that perfectly matched our theme, and they were an absolute joy to interact with. And the food, wow! It was truly out of this world. Our guests are still raving about the incredible quality and presentation. The bartenders were also fantastic, keeping glasses filled and spirits high throughout the night. This was our first time catering a party, and we couldn’t have imagined a better partner than the Chef’s Garden. We will absolutely be working with them again for future events. Absolutely one of the best parts of our entire wedding! We kept getting so many compliments on the food at our wedding and the service was SUPERB! We were happily greeted by every single staff member at our wedding and they set everything up perfectly with no hiccups. Extremely professional and so wonderful to us on our day. The staff members saved us some of our (beautiful by the way) cheese board since we were taking photos during the cocktail hour and I was SHOCKED by how gorgeous the display was that they set up! Literally the most amazing vendor we had all day and I cannot sing their praises enough
We hired Chef’s Garden to cater our wedding and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! So many of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was. Making sure all of our guests were fed and happy was one of our top priorities. Knowing they enjoyed and also had such friendly interactions with staff members brought us both tremendous joy. Cassie and her team are outstanding! Leading up to the big day, Cassie walked us through the menu, a tasting, and answered the many questions that we had with professionalism and warmth. And on the day of the wedding, we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. Every team member was lovely, the food rocked, and we didn’t have to worry about setup/cleanup. Chef’s Garden made this crucial aspect of our wedding beyond smooth and pleasant. We would highly recommend working with Cassie at Chef’s Garden for any event where you might need catering. Their fantastic food and good energy will put all your attendees (and you) in the best mood!
The food at Chef's Garden is amazing! All of our guests were raving about the food regardless of what they got (the fish, chicken or steak). They were also awesome at helping us brainstorm ideas. We brought up that we would love to have a late night snack available for our guests so they had something to munch on that was hearty while the bar was still open. Elizabeth came up with an amazing late night snack bar with pretzels with cheese and popcorn so that our guests could have something to munch on throughout the evening after dinner. Our guests loved it! One of our guests even made a video about how excited he was for the late night snack bar. The team is incredibly responsive with any questions that you have. The servers were so kind and helpful at the event. The tasting before the wedding was really well done and showcased the presentation of the food as well as having the opportunity to taste the food. We could not have asked for a better team of people to work with to make sure we had the best quality food and service for our guests.
