Chico was recommended to me by a friend, and from my first text to him coming out and giving me a solid quote was less than 24 hours. He’s super communicative, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly knows Austin trees inside and out. I know basically nothing about tree care, so I really appreciated that Chico took the time to walk me through how I ought to be looking after the small army of cedar elms in my front yard in a way that actually made sense. Knowing he’s a certified arborist gave me a ton of confidence — especially since the tree leaning somewhat precariously toward our house turned out to be too far gone to save and only one good gust away from busting into my home office like the Kool-Aid Man. He handled that removal safely and also ground down old stumps and trimmed other trees, including one with a branch resting on our power line. The work was fast, safe, and beautifully done. He and his crew left everything spotless and, honestly, gave our front yard a full rejuvenation. Chico’s one of those rare people who makes homeownership feel a little easier — someone you want on your roster when it comes to taking care of your house. We’ll definitely be calling Chico’s Tree Love and Care again.

Chico came out Saturday and looked at my job. Here I am monday with trimmed trees and a yard that was cleaner than before they started. Chico and his crew were fast and professional. Definitely will be using them in the future.

We had a ton of tree work we needed done. We had trees that needed to be trimmed, an invasive tree that needed to be removed, and a dying tree that needed to be replaced. Chico was great to work with—very well informed and educational, prompt, and affordable. Last time we needed an arborist, we were put on a months long waiting list, but Chico got back to me immediately, and got the work done within a week and a half. Highly recommend!

Die Zusammenarbeit mit Chico's TLC war eine Freude. Sie antworteten schnell, gaben uns einen tollen Preis und führten die Arbeiten schnell und professionell durch. Unsere lebende Eiche sieht insbesondere nach ihrer Arbeit fantastisch aus. Es hat unseren Hof wirklich freier wirken lassen, und wir freuen uns darauf, ihren Schatten zu genießen. Chico erwähnte, dass er seinem Team einen existenzsichernden Lohn zahlt, was mich sehr gut fühlen ließ, mit ihnen zu arbeiten. Wir werden sie definitiv auch in Zukunft wieder nutzen.
