I have been going to this location for a year now. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional. All the staff is super friendly and they all ensure that you are comfortable throughout your visit. Amy at the front desk is beyond excellent at catering to all scheduling needs. Communication is excellent. Dr. Cara has been wonderfully responsive to what my body needs. Everyone has really gone above and beyond to help me reach my goals.
Nov 2025 update: Cara stole my life away. I live in pain every day from this adjustment. Update: over a year and my life will never be the same. December Update: I am still in pain that affects my life daily due to Cara. Update: November 18 2024: I am dizzy every single day and in pain all of the time since March 2024. This is my life now. Things have felt so hopeless since this happened to me. I do not recommend Cara. Update: it's October, still struggling. Please go to a PT. It's not worth the chronic pain. I want to clarify that this review is specifically about my experience with Cara and does not reflect the care provided by other chiropractors at this clinic. Following my last adjustment with Cara, I experienced severe pain and pressure in my neck, traps, mid-back, and at the base of my skull. It's been over six months since that appointment, and I have not fully recovered. After the last adjustment back in March, I told the office that week of what I was experiencing and they texted me saying that the "adjustment has obviously not settled well." I was checked by another chiropractor but did not allow to be adjusted any further. Throughout my visits before the injury, Cara asked several times if I was upset or angry with her. At the time, I found it odd, but I now understand why she may have been concerned. After my injury, an orthopedic doctor ordered an MRI, which revealed several bulging discs in my cervical spine. As a result, I was advised to stop chiropractic treatments immediately. Additionally, I suffered from nerve damage, including a week where I lost all feeling in my neck and right arm, along with a significant loss of grip strength—a truly frightening experience. I have since been under the care of a neurologist. To manage the pain, I have tried various treatments, including nerve block injections, dry needling, and physical therapy, which I now attend twice a week. Despite these efforts, I live with chronic pain. Cara's adjustment has had a profound and lasting impact on my life, and I struggle to convey just how much it has affected my overall well-being. I now live with chronic pain, vertigo, headaches, etc. My mental health has also been very much affected as I can no longer do what I used to do. While I understand that most reviews here are overwhelmingly positive, I urge others to consider my experience.
I was experiencing some pain in my lower back at the top of the year. My sister referred me to this practice and from my first visit I was impressed! The staff are kind, friendly, and take their time. They even do fun raffles to engage their patients. I had never received x rays from my previous chiropractic experience. It was super cool to see. I love that the focus is not just an adjustment but the whole person; they even recommend exercises that can be done at home in tandem. Dr. Cara is awesome! She explains things in detail and is relatable. With any exercise or movement they go over what it is, why they’re doing it, and how it affects the body. They even call to check in on how you’re feeling post adjustment which was a nice touch. When we reviewed my X-rays, it was an hour appointment so we could have the dedicated time to really go over everything and the plan of action. I have been going twice a week for the past 2 weeks and have been feeling better. I’d recommend anyone who’s on the fence to call and book your appointment. You won’t be disappointed.

They have kept us "in line" all these years in the best way possible. They have helped us adapt and overcome maladies we have encountered (some that we were born with) so that we can maintain an excellent quality of life. I’ve been seeing Dr Cara for about six months now and I couldn’t be happier with the care and results. From creating an overall plan to tailoring each session to achieve our desired results, Dr Cara takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns, thoroughly evaluates my needs, and explains the treatment plan in a way that’s easy to understand; it's not about quick adjustments but rather ensuring long-term well-being. As much as I appreciate Dr Cara, the office team of Amy & Christina is just as excellent! The minute you walk in for an appointment you're greeted with a smile, the space is clean and the staff is always willing to assist in any way they can. If you’re looking for a chiropractic team who genuinely cares about their patients and delivers excellent results, I highly recommend CHAWC.
