I have been going here for year to get gold jewelry repaired, watch batteries, and watch bands sized. Excellent customer service and quick turn-around time. Consistent, quality service for at least over 10 years.

Went there on the recommendation from a woman at the Navy Exchange. Son gave one price to change the battery, parents wanted more - settling on $40 per battery on 3 of 5 watches I brought in. When I started asking questions on pricing, they quickly dispersed and left me standing at the counter. DO NOT recommend.

Very disappointed how a recent transactions was handled. Ive been a watch collector for decades and have been bringing watches there for a few years. I had brought 3 watches in for battery changes and had the work done and paid and left.. Two months later all three watches stopped working. I went back with my receipt and told the owner my situation and to my surprise he was argumentative out of the gate.. It's was disappointing. Not only did I have to pay for another new battery but one of the other watches that he previously fixed. Said he couldn't open and this was a watch I bought a new band for also. His customer service and attention to detail is lacking to say the least and I sadly I won't be bringing any other watches their any longer.

below is a before and after (Mr. Choi’s repair) photo. as you can see, the 1st photo was an absolutely horrendous job by someone else. Almost all the other james avery charms looked like that and Mr. Choi fixed it all beautifully. you can see the other charms attached and the solder was laid PERFECT! his prices are decent and im happy with what I paid for. He had to fix 6 charms all under an hour. if I need anything else fixed im only going to him! thank you so much

I walked in Choi's watch & jewelry repair and Jimmy helped me right away answering questions I had about a repair to my necklace chain. It was a simple solder repair and Jimmy soldered the necklace where needed on the spot! I was in the store for only 5 minutes! Jimmy provided great customer service and I really appreciated his help with fixing my necklace. The prices for repair and custom jewelry are very affordable. Repair costs start at $30, and I saw beautiful nameplate necklace designs at $200. If I am getting a nameplate as a gift or need any other jewelry repaired, this will be my go-to shop.
