I may not have the best pictures but I have the best dinning experience I’ve had in Ottawa region. Delicious steak, fantastic service and the way they pay attention to details; it made this experience unique for me. In addition to all of that It was a great idea to celebrate my birthday in here . They made sure that it was an unforgettable one. Thank you sooooo much to the entire team and appreciated every effort taken.

We ordered online from chop steak house on New Year’s Eve for a pick up eat out option. We ordered 3 steak very well done, 1 steak medium well, seafood linguine and a kids salmon. When we arrived for pick up, we asked one of the ladies to make sure the well done steaks did not have any pink what so ever. The lady responded and said not to worry as they always keep the well done steak extra long on the grill! Once we got home , the 3 steaks that were suppose to be well done were medium rare and the portions were very small, on top of this a whole steak meal was missing. When we called to report the missing meal , they said they would refund that meal in the next 5 to 7 days but did not do anything on top to make up for the mistakes. Very disappointed the food was good overall but I wouldn’t recommend as they did not care to make up for missed instructions. Online Order #70230723. MONEY NOT WELL SPENT!

As a non-sponsored guest, I’d give Chop Steakhouse a 3.5/5. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the three appetizers we tried were all well done. My fillet mignon was also cooked perfectly. However, the cocktails and main course sides didn’t quite hit the mark. For instance, my Caesar salad was mixed poorly, with all the salty capers and dressing at the bottom of the bowl. This made the first half of the salad taste bland and the second half too salty. The main course presentation felt a bit basic, with a slight cafeteria look and feel. In terms of cocktails, we tried 3 of their in-house cocktails and they were decent, but nothing more. There’s definitely room for the restaurant to improve, especially considering its price point.

I actually had planned for Mandarin unfortunately, we were told that waiting before we seated would take up to an hr. Meanwhile I have had great things about Chob Steakhouse &Bar and I decided to bring my guests from Toronto here. Olivia, our server was great 👍 Friendly and professional young lady with great personality. The girls at the reception desk, Talia and Tricia were Friendly staff. They are perfect for front desk 😍 The ambiance was great and welcoming. I would be back! The food 😋 were tasty 😋 Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this location 👌

My family & I went there last weekend & it was the most incredible dinning experience we’ve had in years. The service from Pilard was amazing, she did everything we asked for and more, she checked in on us at the right times & was so kind. The food came out so fast, we were not waiting. On top of that it was the best steak and lobster I have ever had in my life. Hats off to the chef’s. Everything was very well done. It was worth every penny! So grateful to have shared this experience with my family.
