Had a nice night with a few friends here! We showed up to our reservation early and Don, the owner, was able to accommodate us right away. Don gave us some instruction on form, and from there we were chuckin axes like madmen. The place is clean, organized and has a chill, comfortable vibe. Dress in layers, being an axe throwing madman gets sweaty.
Don was the truth! He is hospitality! Made it fun, enjoyable but also gave everyone the tips and tricks to hit the target and have a good time! Would recommend to anyone. Especially a team building activity! We will be back!
Had a great time at Choppers in South Philly. Don, the owner, was awesome. He was super thorough in explaining how everything works, gave helpful tips, and took time to watch us practice. The space was roomy, and relaxed, with a pool table and other games to enjoy after our time was up. Overall, just a really fun, low-pressure experience. I'll be back!
Went with inlaws in their 70s and the rest of us forty plus with little to no previous experience. The space itself is a bit rough around the edges but warm and comfortable. Our coach was warm and encouraging. It's BYO everything so don't expect much in terms of food or drink. As advertised.
Fun experience, great staff, and the owner’s training and advice was having a pro giving lessons instead of just the normal safety stuff. Really appreciated it, and it made it more fun to throw because I had some idea of how to do it. Will be back again!
