A truly unique and special place. We stumbled upon this place walking to another restaurant and we are so glad that we found it. The tap your own wine selection was a fun and wonderful experience. We had the meatballs and one of the flatbreads. The meatballs were to die for and the flatbread, the fig and pig, was truly exceptional. The crust is unlike any we’ve ever had. The owner is lovely, welcoming, and engaging. Truly, a unique atmosphere and wonderful experience. We will be back.
Christiane’s is an absolute gem in downtown St. Pete. Our neighborhood hosted a private event there, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. They were incredibly accommodating, warm, and organized which made everyone feel genuinely welcome. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the wine selection? Truly superb. One of the highlights of course is their self-serve wine setup. It was such a charming and fun way to explore different wines at your own pace. It feels inviting rather than intimidating, which is refreshing. The staff really sets this place apart. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Whether you’re an amateur wine drinker (like me) or a seasoned wino, they meet you exactly where you are. They offer great recommendations without any pretension, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Christiane’s manages to feel both sophisticated and comfortable at the same time which is a rare balance. Perfect for events, date nights, or just popping in to discover a new favorite wine. We’ll absolutely be back.
What a hidden gem! The food is always tasty and the wine is always flowing! I have never had a bad experience. Christiane is knowledgeable about wine, friendly and attentive. Local tip: Get the crème brûlée donut…. Trust me
We hosted a birthday celebration here, and it was a fantastic experience! The live music created a lively atmosphere, and the setting felt intimate yet vibrant. The staff was friendly and provided quick service, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Located right in the heart of downtown St. Pete, the venue offered both indoor and outdoor seating, along with clean bathrooms and a great variety of food options. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our gathering, combining intimacy with proximity to all the downtown action. Highly recommend!
Christiana’s Wine Bar is so good! We loved our charcuterie board, the wine, the service. It’s so close to everything downtown but it’s so cozy and relaxing. Christiana helped us choose a wine, we picked a great Bordeaux. She really cares about the quality and experience and truly has a passion for wine. If you’re new to wines, this is a great place to expand your palette and if you’re a wino you’ll be able to choose from an array of what looked to me like a seasonally curated selection of reds and whites. I noticed she had selected a couple of white wines featuring summer fruits. Definitely check it out!
