I barely ever leave reviews, but this place is not worth the hassle. Pick up is absolutely ridiculous. Have to schedule it and only do certain time slots.. but only do weekends…. Can’t call them… only do text and wait for them to respond, never heard such a like. They make the process ten times harder than it needs to be to pick up your order.

The shopping experience and delivery were EXCELLENT! Everything in the store is laid out well so you can walk around and view it. Great prices as well. Delivery was fast and efficient! After having issues with Morris Home Furniture just a week before when trying to buy and have delivered a bed frame. This experience was a breath of fresh air! Tree was the sales associate who helped us out and he was super kind and helpful! Will be recommending Cincinnati Overstock to anyone in the market for new furniture in the future!

I reccomend never order through them. First the Delivery was scheduled for a Friday spent all day waiting for them to finally call and hear that they overscheduled but he promised to get it next day. didnt show up til 830 at night next day and found out I had to assemble a sectional and dining room table set myself had no idea but was on the receipt I discovered oh well my fault I guess not asking about that and Im handy and wasnt even going to complain Driver just doing his job didnt want to get him in trouble for whats probably hectic job. Now though I had one cushion that was damaged and needed replaced. You have to go through a terrible replacement process with all sorts of nonsence verifications but was approved. week later I receive a replacement cushion that does not have the wood base attached that makes it part B on the instructions. Now its a battle with customer support that wont send me the full part that they expect me to professionally align and assemble that is not even required of me or even any instructions on how to do so. Can I do it? Im very confident I could but Im not because its not my job and im not risking damaging the cushion doing something that is not required of me I want what I paid for.

The Florence location is great and the employees are so nice to work with. Anna K did a great job of helping me piece together my furniture selections and assisted with getting the delivery setup for me. She went above and beyond to help with my order and even complete an add on purchase. Wynter delivery service is who brought my furniture to me and the delivery team were very polite. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered and even made a second trip to my house the same day. Would definitely recommend this place for any furniture needs you have.

Great prices and the showroom is very clean and organized. Staff is helpful without being overbearing. I didn't feel pressured to buy, but I did leave with 2 fantastic looking rugs! Tiffany was a huge help and I appreciate her walking us through the process. This has been one of the best furniture store experiences.
