City Swipes Fluid Art Experience Studio ist ein Kunststudio und eine Galerie in Jersey City, in dem Gäste Flüssigkeitskunst und Mixed-Media-Kunst erkunden. Inhaberin und Künstlerin Carri ermutigt und begleitet die Besucher, während sie Leinwände individuell gestalten und mit erschwinglichen Materialien experimentieren. Der Raum dient als BYOB-Veranstaltungsort für Datesabende, Familienausflüge, Gruppen, Partys und Teambuilding-Events für Unternehmen.

While visiting in Jersey City, I had the opportunity to visit CITY SWIPES—and I am so glad I did!! The storefront alone was super trendy and inspiring. From handbags, boots, and clothing to wall clocks and canvases, the place was bursting with vibrance. If you aren’t familiar with paint pouring, you need to see what this abstract art form is all about! Carri, the artist and owner of CITY SWIPES, has expanded her vision to encompass a variety of mixed media art. Not only is her work displayed throughout the studio, but she also offers up space for people to come in and create their own masterpiece! We stepped into the back space of the studio where there was even more art, multiple shelves loaded with paint, and a giant paint-spattered table. Carri enthusiastically explained the process, and the entire experience just put me into a creative, relaxed zone. I absolutely loved everything about it—and I left feeling a newfound connection to my creative side. Thanks Carri for this wonderful experience!
We found City Swipes on a random search for something different to do as a family to celebrate mt birthday and we really enjoyed this unique experience!! Carrie was great and helped customize a big canvas that we made together, experimenting and just having fun making a mess and being creative together. It gets harder to find things my very opposite 12 and 13 year olds want to do together but this fit the bill! Definitely reccomended trying it out!
I've been to City Swipes multiple times since January, and all of my experiences there have been nothing but wonderful. Since the initial inquiry, Carrie has been fast-responding. She is very welcoming and understanding if you're running a little late. Most of all, I love that she encourages us to experiment with every piece we make. Not only are her prices very affordable, but the amount of different blank canvas you can choose from allows for even more creativity. If you're interested in starting a new hobby but are afraid to invest and commit to buying all the materials, I highly recommend that you give City Swipes a try. It's also great for date nights, going with a group of friends and family, parties, corporate event nights for team building, etc. You can choose to play music and/or do karaoke in between. It's also a BYOB if you choose to, so you're in for a fun experience.
I love this place! We did a couples night. The guys loved it as much as we did. Carri was amazing, so informative, and really helped us to create amazing pieces. It's byob too which is a plus. Great experience and such a fun atmosphere. Definitely coming back!
