Place was filthy and damn near every machine was broken, except the ones that were listed as not broken, but still stole your money or didn’t spit out tickets. We were there for a birthday party, and the staff ran it about two hours late. The party was at six, and the pizza in bowling didn’t start until damn near 730. We finally left at 8 and the party was just starting. Overall place was just dirty, not well maintained, barely operational, and very, very poorly managed. It was packed full of people, so even with all that it was still making money, but it won’t be making any more from me. Never coming back.
Overall this is a great place to take the kids with a few minor complaints. Bowling is so fun. No complaints there. Bumper cars, laser tag, pool, and skating are also a lot of fun for the kids. My complaints are mostly with the arcade area. Multiple machines were not working right. The workers were on top of getting us our quarters back if things malfunctioned. Also the food seems overpriced. I did buy some cookies and a hot chocolate because my kids were starving but I didn't buy anything else on the food menu. One last thing to mention is I could not figure out how they charged me what they charged me and it seemed like I was overcharged by a few dollars but I just let it go and considered it a voluntary tip. Overall I will be back because my kids had an incredible time but I will look more closely at how much they charge me next time.
We had the best time for my 9 year olds birthday!! Can’t wait to come back!! Thanks to Heather, Marq, and Chris W….. Yall made our time the very very best!!
Great place to bring kids!!! They have a small roller skating rink, arcade, games, bowling, food, and more! The staff were super friendly. I love that the kid bumper rails came up for the kids and down for the adults. The lane we were on did have an issue with the pin setter after a spare which got our player schedule off. We didn’t ask to have it fixed though because we were bowling for fun and didn’t care about the scores. If we went without kids we would have asked them to fix it. Great selection of bowling balls as well. Plenty of balls for kids.
We had our company Christmas party at the Clarksville location, and it was fantastic. Employees, spouses, and children. We had a catered dinner set up in a private room. Rick was the host and chef, and he made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The management staff that checked us in and set up our bowling were friendly and helpful. The staff at the bar and grill were all great and attentive. It almost felt like we owned the place! The prices were reasonable for all that we were given.
