Excellent service at Classic Time Store! I stopped by for a watch battery replacement, but the staff quickly checked it, confirmed the battery was still good, cleaned everything up, and tested it—all at no charge. Super honest and helpful; highly recommend!
OMG, I cannot stress enough how much I am grateful for an amazing service one can get at Classic Time. I was in incredible rush (a few hours before my flight), so I needed my watch battery to be replaced super-urgently. Employees of this place were able to accept me within 10 min after my call, replaced my battery and adjusted the strap within just a few minutes. Amazing place.
Classic Time was great. I’ve been there twice now. Once for watch service and once for repair to a necklace. The staff are kind and diligent and go the extra mile. The work was high quality. I would highly recommend this business to others.
I rarely leave reviews but had to comment on several experiences I've had at this watch repair/jewellery shop in First Canadian Place in the Path -concourse level. They are extremely accommodating and nice. I have taken a few watches there for repair, band replacement etc. They are always handled with the utmost courtesy and professional care. Never takes too long and they always call to let you know how long and how much your repair job is going to be. They are also extremely honest-turning down the job if they feel it does not require it. The gentleman who I think is the owner and runs it is incredibly friendly and lovely to deal with. Very glad to have found this place.
I brought my husband’s watch into Classic Time after it stopped working. Neil was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. He was trustworthy and took very good care of the watch which my husband had for over 30 years. He shared the pricing before he began the work and was very fair and honest. I will continue to be a customer of Classic Time and I highly recommend his services. Thank you so much, Neil!
