I recently contacted Cleaner Co for an end of lease clean at a rental I was moving out of in Coogee, WA. They were able to get me scheduled just a few days out. The clean itself was great. Cleaner Co sent two people to complete the job. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and the house was spotless. Really great experience.
We’ve been using CleanerCo for around 10 months now (since March 2025) with monthly cleans, and the experience has been consistently great. I’ve had to reschedule a number of times and they’ve always been extremely accommodating. Even when I’m not home and at work, they follow instructions really well – using the lockbox and cleaning the areas we originally discussed. This has been the case even when there have been changes or fill-ins to our regular cleaner. I have a dog who sheds a lot of fur, and you honestly wouldn’t know it after a clean. The team works efficiently and thoroughly, and the house always feels fresh when I walk in. I’ve also needed to update my direct debit details more than once and it’s never been an issue. The text reminders for upcoming cleans are very handy, and I really like that there’s a real person on the other end if you need to reply, reschedule or ask a question. CleanerCo feels like a family-owned business in terms of customer service, but with the systems and reliability of a larger company. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend Cleaner Co. I conveniently booked online for a vacate clean on 2 days notice. Communications were very clear and cleaners turned up on time. They did an amazingly thorough job with great attention to detail - and also walked me through their work at the end. Will definitely use this service again!
We are pretty disappointed in this service, we booked as we had seen so many good reviews. We ordered a 3hour deep clean for 5pm, at 5:40pm after calling multiple times we got a text to say the cleaners are running late, they eventually turned up at 5:47 which is already not ok. We left the house clean and tidy as we were looking for a deeper clean (walls,floors,windows etc) and wanted to ensure enough time. We went for dinner and came back to the house which had all the blinds down, one of the ladies was still cleaning the kitchen and the other was not doing much at all. They seemed respectful and nice but not good workers. They stayed for 1hr and 30mins and when we looked around after we were pretty disappointed. Apart from the oven and microwave being cleaned by the lady with longer hair not much else had been done. The floors were still pretty dirty with visible dirt on them, areas around the furniture were not touched at all. Dusting had also not been done on most surfaces apart from a coffee table and dinner table, knobs on the hob we’re still dirty, fridge had finger marks and smudges so not wiped down, shower had been dirty on outside door, and walls/windows were not touched, bathroom sinks were also not adequately cleaned, bedroom carpet still had dirt from when we left, extractor fan not touched or wiped. We were also asked before we left if it is ok they organize the cupboards but no cupboards were touched?! The clean that happened could have been done by one person and was not adequate. The two ladies although nice people were not professional cleaners and it is not the right job for them.
Not a good experience with this company. They have rescheduled on us twice and the third time when they finally rebooked us they were an hour late. When we called the company they told us the cleaners were arriving at the location within minutes we then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes after this. We called again only to be told the cleaners thought the booking was at 9am even though the confirmation came through for 8am and she had just confirmed before this that they were close by. After all of this the cleaners did a terrible job. Floor was not vacuumed properly, bathroom sink was dirty and showers looked like they had not even been touched. Poor communication, unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend this service.
