⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Jaylin at ClearDefense Pest Control I had an excellent experience with ClearDefense Pest Control, thanks to Jaylin’s professionalism and attention to detail. Jaylin met me in my garage and took the time to really listen to my concerns about needing new mouse traps placed there. He didn’t rush the conversation and made sure everything was addressed. He removed the used traps, rebaited them, and replaced what was needed. Most importantly—his work clearly paid off. I know the traps are effective because I’ve already found deceased mice in and near them. It’s reassuring to see results and to work with someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend ClearDefense Pest Control, and Jaylin in particular, for anyone dealing with pest issues and looking for reliable, thorough service.

I called ClearDefense Pest Control because I needed pest control near me and was impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. It was great to have Matt of Clear Defense come provide a reliable service that keeps our apartment free of bugs. It's why we've stuck with Clear Defense for years. The only thing I don't love is Clear Defense's policy of tying these customer reviews to bonus payments for technicians. It's not great that the company basically requires customers to leave a public review tied to their Google profiles for every routine, recurring service. And it does feel like a requirement because it's being tied to worker pay—just pay your workers! They're great every time, and you wouldn't have a service without them.
