I dropped my backup system at h the Clickaway, thinking all my old videos were gone. Daniel very quickly identified the issue with is application support and found all the files. I needed a new laptop and everything from my old laptop to be transferred to my new laptop. To get everything looking the same on both is not an easy task. Daniel did it all perfectly. He is quite the expert. Nothing fazed him. And there were lots of challenges with Windows 11. I felt very well taken care of. And I even learned new tricks from him in the process. A great experience.

We had a fantastic experience with ClickAway! Our afterschool program relies on an ION Block Rocker Portable Speaker every day and the microphone input is essential for our activities and lessons. When the microphone input broke, the team at ClickAway went above and beyond to help us out. A special shout-out to Tom and his team for their incredible work and generosity! They ran a free diagnostic and spent hours carefully disassembling the speaker to identify the issue. Daniel was absolutely fantastic! I've been using this repair shop for years and have always had great service, but Daniel really stood out this time. I had accidentally spilled water on my desktop and fried the graphics card.
