I had a consultation at this clinic, and the Dr. Deane was excellent , kind, patient, and very thorough. I would highly recommend her. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative staff was disappointing. I speak four languages, including French, and initially communicated in French before mutually switching to English. Communication was clear, so later blaming issues on a “language barrier” was inaccurate and unprofessional. I was also made to feel pressured and questioned as a patient, with comments such as “Are you sure you want to book? It’s $3,400,” which came across as dismissive rather than informative. Additionally, I was told I would receive a follow-up call that never happened, despite multiple calls and a voicemail on my part. I later learned the staff member was not even in the office. While the doctor was outstanding, the lack of professionalism and poor communication from the administrative team makes it difficult to recommend the clinic overall.
Dr.Moubayed is extremely patient and has an excellent bedside manner. He listens to his patients and his professionalism is top tier. He sent me flowers after my surgery which was so heartfelt. I would 💯 recommend his services to others. His staff is amazing too, especially Isabelle. She eased my fears and made me feel so comfortable 😊
I had my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Sami Moubayed, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better surgeon. From my very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable, understood, and confident about my decision. He really listened to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which instantly built my trust. On the day of the surgery, his whole team was so kind, professional, and reassuring. They truly made the experience stress-free. And the results… just wow. Dr. Moubayed is incredibly talented and meticulous. My nose looks so natural and fits my face perfectly, exactly what I hoped for (and even better!) The post-op care has been amazing too. He and his team were always available to answer questions and check up on me throughout recovery. I can’t thank Dr. Moubayed and his team enough. He’s simply the best, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and trustworthy surgeon.
Such an amazing experience! The clinic is beautiful and welcoming, and Dr. Sami is incredibly professional and kind. He really took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable. The results look so natural and beautiful as I asked for ,you can tell they truly care about every detail. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!
I've had a few different series of laser treatments done by Maria, and each time she's absolutely exceeded my expectations! I was so comfortable throughout the entire process and she kept me informed while answering ALL of my questions. She's truly the most knowledgable nurse or tech that I've ever worked with and is someone you can trust with your skin. Without a doubt, I'll keep coming back to Face MD and their team for all my aesthetic treatments whenever I'm in the city!
