I had an amazing experience at Cloud 9 Med Spa! Sara is truly skilled at what she does.. gentle, professional, and so caring with her clients. She explained every step and made me feel completely comfortable. My skin is glowing! The whole staff was sweet, and I even got some sample goodies to try. I’ll definitely be coming back! 100/10!!!
I traveled six hours to get my lips done here and I can tell you that hands-down this has been the best experience that I’ve ever had. Sarah is so personable and the way that she understands your wants and needs to give you the personalized look that you’ve been wanting. Her attention to detail is phenomenal the way that she injects Lips is so precise. She knew things about me just by looking at my skin. She is very very professional and very educated and well trained the whole staff. Whenever I started to get a little bit uncomfortable a staff member came to distract me by tapping on my hand and I’ve never had Before. I love this med spa and I’m definitely going back. It is worth traveling 12 hours for Sarah moved across the country. I’d move with her.

Her warm, genuine personality instantly makes me feel comfortable and honestly, she makes me feel beautiful every single time I see her. The entire staff is so sweet and welcoming, and I always leave feeling pampered. I also love that Sara gives thoughtful little sample gifts after my services such a nice touch! I was greeted by Anju, who was so sweet and welcoming. The space is beautiful, spotless, and has the best relaxing vibes — you feel calm the second you walk in. Sara is absolutely amazing at what she does. I had the best facial ever! Before starting, she took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel so comfortable. My skin feels incredible, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I can’t wait to come back!
