Chris repaired several maintenance issues in a professional, courteous and timely manner. All repairs were completed same day. He kept me informed and updated along the way. Me and my partner had just put in an offer on a property with a different management team. They approved us said they’d send us a lease then immediately a day later said “we got a better offer” didn’t even let us protest just left with our application fee and not the decency of a phone call. Flora and the rest of the team at cloverleaf came through for us better than anyone else we’ve worked with.
