I was in their car wash today and it was a great experience. Secret the clerk that was there was amazing and she helped me with all of my questions. Very good customer service especially that it was very cold outside. Thank you Secret for being amazing.
Dylan was fun and explained the membership in full detail. He set me up quickly and got me moving. The wash was fine, the blowers worked great and the vacuums sucked & swallowed all the dirt away. Horrible. Cleaning job was terrible and the machines damaged and scraped up my brand new vehicle. I put in a claim but they said they were not at fault because the lines were sporadic which is not true at all. Numerous attempts by email and phone call to corporate and no one has returned any attempts to me yet. Do not use them. I'll i could give 0 stars i would.
I just started my membership this past month and was involved in an accident in the car wash which they are not taking care of due to claims that they “lost the camera footage” Not only did I get hit, but there were three vehicles involved in this incident. The more I research the more shady claim denials I’m seeing… do your research before considering this membership.
I’d give Club Car Wash a solid 10 out of 10! They do an excellent job cleaning every part of my car, ensuring it looks spotless after every visit. I especially appreciate how the attendants take the time to spray down the areas that need extra attention. Even when it’s busy, the line moves quickly, making the process efficient. On top of that, the employees are always friendly, hardworking, and professional. Their great service consistently earns a well-deserved tip from me. Highly recommend!
