I had two personal training sessions with Kathryn Karmazyn and cannot say enough great things about her! She showed me exercises that challenged me, while explaining the WHY behind each movement. You can tell there was a lot of thought put behind each exercise we did and how it would help me. Throughout the entire session she was incredibly motivating and had me try moves that made me feel so strong. I can’t wait to schedule another session with her in the future. BOOK WITH HER! Seriously amazing.
I was recommended Pilates by a physical therapist to help strengthen my core to help my back pain. I saw they offered an intro to Pilates class so it wasn’t so intimidating, maybe the best thing I’ve don’t for my body since getting Botox. Love this place! I have never been one to stay consistent with working out but coming up on month 3, I can honestly say coming here is often the best part of my day! I feel great, my pain is virtually gone, and I’m seeing some abs start to show 🤭 Due to my schedule I normally only see Corrie, Yari, and Stacy but I just recently got to take a class with the other instructor Forrest and I was just as impressed. Such a great team of ladies to help you feel your best!
I love this club pilates location! I also love that with my unlimited membership i can choose between this one and the location at Indian Lake. Menecis is a phenomenal instructor! She is the ray of sunshine you need on a Monday morning or afternoon. Not only does she help with your form, but she's great at calling out to let us know that you are a queen who can tackle anything and yes you can! Stephanie is amazing for form, i feel like i've learned so much from her and her classic pilates, and she's great for letting you know that one week something maybe a challenge, but the next you can do that and more! Only you can limit yourself here... you will grow each week, and each week you'll build a practice that you can be so proud of! Thank you ladies, you are amazing!
I love Club Pilates, especially the Capital View location! The ladies that work here so fabulous and some of the best instructors. I have tried so many different types of workouts but Pilates is my favorite. It’s low impact, but makes a huge impact on my body. Not only have I lost 12 pounds in the last 6 months, but I’m stronger and leaner than ever before. If you have never have tried Pilates before, I recommend attending their free intro class so you can try it out! I went to to intro class in January 2022 and I’m now going 3-5 days a week. This place has become my home away from home. I live in the Germantown area so it’s a quick drive and the parking is convenient in the Publix parking garage (so I can get my groceries afterwards!). You will love Pilates. Just try it out!
Club Pilates will change your life not only do they create a comfortable environment with amazing instructors and an intimate setting with only 12 performers you feel like you’re getting private lessons even though you’re in a group class. I highly recommend it for anyone who is easing back into fitness, overcoming an injury, or just want some thing to complement their other workouts. The long and lean body you’ll get from Pilates reformer is incredible and you’ll thank me later.
