Club Pilates North Fresno is outstanding! All the staff are extremely kind and professional. The facilities and equipment are of the highest quality and always clean and well maintained. The teaching staff are amazing! All the instructors are professional and provide an excellent Pilates work out experience for every level and adapt where needed for individual physical differences and needs. I used to take yoga and switched to Pilates 2 years ago. Honestly, I wish I had started Pilates 10 years ago! I love Club Pilates North Fresno! !
I took a 30 minute intro class with my sister and loved it! We both have not been in the gym for years and it was the perfect class to get our bodies moving again. I would definitely recommend trying it out if you haven’t yet! The staff and instructors were so helpful and nice! They made the experience so easy and fun!
I have been at Club Pilates for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it! I initially started Pilates to increase flexibility after my second child and it has been the best self care decision I have ever made for myself. Pilates has changed my overall approach towards fitness and is something I plan to incorporate into my fitness routine for the rest of my life.
I'm so happy to be back with Club Pilates. It's been years since my last class, so I was a little rusty, but I think I did good overall. Shina is such a sweet instructor. She's thorough, helpful, but not overbearing, and she was patient with me. I had forgotten some movements, and she quickly came over next to me to show me. I kind of felt embarrassed because I hope I didn't throw off the other girls. But I promise I will get my mojo back! Center and balance 1 was great for my poor imbalanced body! I needed that! Everything we did was a reminder why I should keep on doing pilates. I loved the warm-up all the way to the stretches!
Club Pilates was fantastic in every way! The instructor was knowledgeable and encouraging; the staff were friendly and helpful; and I loved that the class was designed to be smaller, so that each participant had plenty of personal space in which to exercise. My daughter and I went together and we signed up. Wonderful!
