I absolutely love this yoga studio and cannot believe I have only been coming for 2 months! From my very first class, it felt so welcoming and comfortable. The instructors are all incredible humans, so passionate, knowledgeable and amazing at what they do, and the space we get to practice in is absolutely beautiful. The progress I have made has been unreal. Not just physically, but in life as a a whole. My strength, mobility, flexibility and mindset have all improved so much. The wisdom the teachers share really stays with you beyond the mat! Such a beautiful space with the best energy. I am so grateful I found this studio and I cannot thank the team enough. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. They catered for many and feels super inclusive. Whatever is your jam, they got you covered - vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, breathwork, flows, etc... Highly Recommend Cam Watkins Cam was recommended to me by an orthopaedic surgeon after I sustained a knee injury. When I hurt my knee, I was in a dark place. Cam has given me the confidence to continue to do the activities I love. He listens and knows what he is talking about. The rehabilitation exercises and mental support provided by Cam have helped enormously. I am doing activities that I feared were beyond me - including completing a 22-day 440km walk in the UK (South-West Coast Path) one month ago. It is reassuring to talk to someone who practices what they preach. He has a great knowledge of the human body and is a very positive, constructive man. A great guy to have in your corner.
I went to see Cam after a flare up with my back in the lead-up to my competition season. I’d had enough and knew it was time to get proper help. I had long-standing fears of back spasms and limitations in my movement, which made me worried about injuring myself through poor patterns. From the first session, Cam was thorough and efficient, taking the time to understand my concerns and doing detailed testing to set a clear starting point. His approach combined reassurance, education, and a structured plan that gradually built my confidence to move again. Each stage progressed at the right pace, and over time my mobility and performance improved a lot. The outcome has been a major shift—no flare ups, no fear of injury, and I now move with freedom and confidence in both training and competition. As a milestone, I can sit comfortably in a deep squat for minutes at a time, something I haven’t done in over 20 years. Cam’s approach made all the difference, and I’m very grateful for the results.
I’ve had such a positive experience at Cntre Space. Cam has an incredibly calming nature and really takes the time to understand your needs. What I appreciate most is how he encourages you to stay consistent with exercises outside of the sessions, giving you the freedom to decide how often you need to see him based on your progress. It’s refreshing to feel empowered in my healing journey. I’ve also attended the yoga and mobility classes here and love the relaxing vibe of the entire space. It’s clear the team has created an environment focused on both physical recovery and overall wellbeing.
