Amazing workouts, very versatile. They made adjustments for me when I was in recovery, not just in the studio, but also with my membership, with no questions asked. I have gone to 5 tone classes, and they've been amazing. The movements are so subtle. Over the short time, I've noticed a significant difference :D Thank you coco!
Love Coco Reformer Pilates. Beautiful studio. The instructors are excellent and they provide amazing personalized instruction to ensure my form and technique is spot on during classes. Plus it is one of the only studios I have tried on the east side of Toronto that has a really great community
I've really been enjoying the classes here so far! The variety of promotions is also appreciated to be able to try different instructors to see which ones are a good fit. There's a good amount of class times available (and early enough morning ones before work). I've particularly liked Alice's classes as her instructions and cues have been very clear and she has challenging routines that always comes with modification options. Raza was also great! The studio and facilities are always clean too.
Coco Reformer Pilates is a first class studio. I attended the 10:15am Saturday class and had an amazing workout. The instructor, staff, and owner were attentive and welcoming. I recommend anyone interested in reformer pilates visit this studio and start with an intro class. It is easy to get hooked!
I have been on the hunt for the ideal workout studio for over a year on classpass (probably been to ~15 places), but Coco is the only place thus far that I've loved enough to get a membership. Every single instructor I've had has been *excellent*, offers modifications for people of different levels and offers a sequence that is challenging and unique. I feel very motivated to workout when I go to Coco, and I really feel a leaning/toning effect in my body as well. Also, the space is so spacious, beautiful and clean, it's literally my happy place. I have not had the issue of accidently kicking my neighbor during my workout because there is sufficient space, which is a common issue with other studios. The owner, Julie is also really lovely and welcoming. 🩷
