Adrienne is the absolute best! I’ve been a regular for a long time and they always make me feel so comfortable and welcome. It’s hard to find a waxer who is both incredibly skilled and genuinely kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a long-term waxer! I also get my mani-pedi done here, Vy is a literal perfectionist and the shaping is always flawless!
I’ve been coming to Emily at Cocoon Spa for years, and she never disappoints. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she consistently delivers beautiful, long-lasting results. The spa itself is always clean, relaxing, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a nail tech you can trust to get it right every time, Emily is your person. Can’t recommend her enough.
Nice decor. I personally really don’t recommend the 15 min chemical peel for $170 that makes you look ghostly. Stripped my face from even color. Curious treatment and terrible value. Strange and awkward upselling techniques to boot. I felt rushed in and rushed out, even as repeat customer just aiming to try something new.
I love coming to Cocoon! Always such a warm and wonderful vibe — I honestly think this is the best spa I’ve found! Love all of the services I’ve gotten here. Susannah is an awesome esthetician, and is so sweet and kind and gets such consistent results. Vy always takes perfect care of my nails and is so detailed with her work - and all of the nail techs are incredible here! Seriously love it here.
A regular visiting Cocoon since 2018 for mani-pedi's. The pandemic put a nasty wrench in the works, but thankfully Cocoon survived and I've been a happy clam again and enjoying even more of their excellent services for the past three years. Their location is very handy for anyone working downtown / FiDi. The staff are lovely and friendly. It's always a great visit - the front office folks are very kind and helpful. Especially navigating appointments around my work schedule. My four-weekly routine is: 1 - The ultimate mani-pedi - which includes 8-mins of leg and arm massage. Daisy, Emily, Minh, and Vy are great, they all remember how I like things and go out of their way to make me comfortable and they make me laugh. 2 - Nose Wax - I must make the technicians day challenging, but every last nostril hair has gotta go, and they rise to the challenge. I see Kathleen the most and she's absolutely super. 3 - Massage - Romeo is outstanding. He deserves the crown of the massage king. Romeo probably delivers the best massages I've ever had. Thorough, deep, and instantly impactful.
