I had an issue with my HP Envy 360—the hinge broke just after the warranty expired (typical). HP support was no help at all, hiding behind the fact the warranty had just run out. Luckily, I found Cocotec Laptop Repairs online. He quoted me about half of what HP was charging, communication was excellent, and the repair was done to perfection—the laptop is actually better than when it was new. Take note, HP: your laptop designs and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Would I recommend Cocotec Laptop Repairs? 100% yes. Great communication, skilled work, and fair pricing.

Excellent experience with Tomasz. An extremely friendly, polite and straightforward man. Responses are always prompt and courteous. A key had broken on my laptop, so I messaged a few computer repair companies for a quote. He was able to identify the equivalent replacement and get it ordered in. I was kept fully updated on the arrival of the replacement. We were then able to arrange a mutually convenient time for me to bring the laptop. The key was fixed within three minutes whilst I waited. The price is very fair for the service received. Will definitely be using again as need and would strongly recommend Tomasz to anyone needing computer repair and technical support.
