I look my dog here for the first time due to all the good reviews. My experience however did not meet that. Yes she looked and smelled pretty, the cut was good, nails etc but what was not good was her eye gunk build up. When I dropped her off I explained to the girl about that as it was a problem for me. She was adopted from the pound and her eyes were really bad. I wanted them totally wiped clean as most dog owners would! When I picked her up I asked if they were able to get rid of them and she said yes. So that made me happy. Only when we got home did I notice they still looked bad. The left eye not as bad but the right eye was exactly the same as when I dropped her off. To me it looked like nothing has been done to that eye. I was extremely disappointed! Especially since I paid over 150.00. They obviously did not tend to her face( one that one side)as well as they should. The gunk is still in that eye and will be finding another place to remove it!

The lovely talented staff at Comb and Collar donated a groom for our foster poodle cross. They were professional, very communicative, and handled our foster dog with sensitivity and care. Will be bringing my own dogs here in future!

Comb and Collar is fantastic! Amber is a miracle worker with our dog. Our pup gets super anxious, but Amber handles her with so much care and patience. It's the only place where our dog doesn't get scared during grooming. She actually loves going with Amber for her nail trims, teeth brushing, and ear cleanings. We're so grateful to have found such a gentle and skilled groomer!

Mandy has been Benji’s groomer for two years now. She is so sweet and patient with him - she also always does the most amazing job! He has the occasional seizure, so we used to be nervous about where we would bring him. Someone suggested comb & collar and we’ve never gone elsewhere since! It’s so close and we love supporting local companies. We got married last weekend and Mandy made sure our little man looked as handsome as ever to be our ring bearer. An open letter review for Groomer Alyssa Dear Alyssa, It's been just over a week since you worked your skills on our black golden doodle Ozzie. We'd like to let you know that what you did with Ozzie made his very short cut look so good on him. The cut was even, smooth, and fitting for this weather. He looked like a different kind of dog in a good way. It's like you showed us that we had two dog-looks in one! Super cool! You did such a great job that one of us wants to keep him looking like this as his primary look. The rest of us still love his curls (PS. we will be much more diligent on combing him on a regular basis 😅) On top of the great cut you provided, you stayed true to your word in terms of the time frame you gave. It did end up taking 2 hours. Though our first experience with groomers (not from your business) was quite traumatic for us, Alyssa, you have gained our trust as Ozzie's groomer.
