Where to begin the 3 cuts full were great then I asked for a full on my doodle and my daughter picked him up and I got home and his hair was still long my sister said I thought you took your dog in for a groom. I then had to take him back. The last time my dog got lose when she was doing his nails and hit his nose on the door and was bleeding then his nails two were cut and the rest were long so I called and after two tries got Jessica to call me back as she telling me she cut everyone of his nails and I’m looking at the long ones as she lied to me he also had a blood buster my sister found on his pad. She said not in a nice way if you have any other problems call the mangers so now I’m in of a groomer as that location worked out so well,
Took three dogs between the two of us (my 70 yo mom and myself) and they were just fantastic. Helped us out so so much, even though we did self wash. The dogs did great with the helper and he did the nail trimming, he was so sweet and patient with the chaos my mom and myself brought with our three crazy ladies! Such a great place, we were so grateful for him. He did wonderful with our dogs, he deserves a raise for dealing with us! We are incredibly happy. The dogs are clean and they got their treats. We were treated with such kindness and care! We definitely will be going back! It was our second or third time being there and we were more impressed now! Highly recommend, especially if you happen to get the bather that we had on Friday April 18, 2025. We were the last people in the facility that night. Thank you so much for everything you did. You guys are awesome, and the bather dealing with us was the best we’ve had! Thank you so so much!
I am beyond happy and thrilled with my experience at Community Bark. They were so helpful in accommodating me and getting me in! I chose to do the “Self Wash”! They provide shampoo and conditioner, and even a blueberry face wash for your dog. It was super easy, giving my dog Moose a bath and for a great price! We also had a blow drying experience too which is perfect for the winter months! 10000/10 and will be back for our next dog bath! We love Community Bark!
I should probably preface my review by saying that we are absolutely crazy about our dog (like on the annoying side) and that we don’t tend to trust her care and safety to other people. We trust Community Bark. Hands down the best place to bring your dog for a spa day (bath, grooming, nails, etc.). The staff, and owner, are incredibly attentive and kind. Additionally, the service is consistent (we have been coming here for 4 years, even after having moved out of state). Our Maremma Sheepdog (97lbs, white, double coated, longer hair) got bathed and groomed today, and she looks and smells amazing.
I’ve been taking my 3 chihuahuas here about a year for nail trims. They are difficult and require a confident groomer. Mary the owner is very kind and my regular groomer, Rebecca is FEARLESS!! In June I became temporarily disabled and they have not only accommodated me but did so with a SMILE! They have provided Curbside pickup or whatever they can do for me to help during this difficult time. They are amazingly kind people and I highly recommend them to all!!!
